In response to your question as to consults and whether the lawyer begins to charge an hourly rate once the “free consult” is up, that is a great question. On one hand, Caquias Law Group, PLLC is a business with lots of clients and lots of problems to solve – time is precious. On the other hand, I understand that life is hard and as an “attorney and counselor at law” I, in many instances, am better suited to give someone at the very minimum a little bit of direction regarding where to go and what to do in order to resolve the legal problem, so I make the determination on a case by case basis to give people the time necessary to help give them peace of mind- doing my best to honor the person, the fact pattern, and our business.
