Yes, an itemized receipt is given to the client before “settlement disbursement.” Once a settlement or judgment is reached, we will communicate with the client the amounts of expenses and bills that are outstanding. Those amounts will then be input into a document called a “settlement disbursement” that will “breakdown” what was paid and what benefit the client has seen from our services.
